Agreement
By accessing PCC services or registering for events, you agree to these Terms and to the Rulebook referenced herein. If you do not agree, do not participate.
Eligibility
- Play from an eligible European country and for one city at a time.
- Meet the minimum competitive age for your host city.
- Provide accurate registration details and maintain one active roster slot per account.
Accounts & Security
- Keep credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Report suspected compromise immediately.
- We may suspend accounts to investigate integrity or safety concerns.
Conduct
Respect staff, players, and venues. Harassment, cheating, macro layers, controller adapters, or attempts to bypass mirrored profiles are prohibited.
Format & Scheduling
Cups, regionals, and finals follow the formats described in the Rulebook. Queue windows, veto logs, and review timelines may be adjusted to maintain integrity and safety.
Devices & Integrity
We normalize device settings by class and may pause or replay a round where anomalies appear. Repeat integrity violations can lead to map loss, match forfeit, or disqualification.
Intellectual Property
- PCC and its logos, badges, and site assets are protected by IP law.
- Creators may post clips with attribution as described in the Rulebook.
- Do not imply endorsement without written permission.
Prizes & Tax
Prize structures are posted per event. Taxes and KYC may apply based on residency and local law. Failure to complete required forms may delay or void payouts.
Disclaimer & Liability
Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for outages, network conditions, or third-party failures outside our control. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or the Rulebook. We may remove or postpone events to maintain safety and integrity.
Disputes & Governing Law
Disputes related to events, rulings, or prizes follow the case review and appeal process in the Rulebook. Where a court is required, the governing law and venue will be specified in the event brief for your city.
Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect operational or legal changes. We will notify you of material updates.
